Polish Dance Theatre has made a "Barocco" performance to order of Biennale de la Danse in Lyon, where an ensemble from Poznań has presented i.e. along with Nederland Dans Theater, Ballet de l'Opera National de Lyon, Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Geneve i Random Dance.
This is a second choreography created in Polish Dance Theatre by Jacek Przybyłowicz ("The dove's necklace"). This artist was connected through many years with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company.
"Barocco" has "anti-plot" choreographic form. Its atmosphere is created by images composed from 6 parts. They stand to contrast with themselves as matter of dynamic. In a composition of movement choreographer was inspired by contemporary technique, in which baroque's ornaments are emphasized by Bach's music.
