Małorzata Andrzejewska, Gazeta ŁódzkaThe performers of the principal roles merit great words of recognition for without their talented acting the characters would not have achieved the full gamut of emotions, from soft tones to the scream, from love to death. The performance takes place on a bare stage. The only props are two mannequins, dressed as the Marquise and Valmont, and a mirror. The dancers wear beautiful crinolines and tailcoats but dance barefoot. This absence of visual definition is a choreographic quotation mark emphasizing the timelessness of this novel and its relevance till today. Malgorzata Andrzejewska, "Gazeta Łódzka", 10.05.1996.
