Since the beginning of her career Rosa has been working as a dancer and choreographer. She is known for incorporating various dance styles and techniques into her works. Fusion being her focus, she mixes ballet, jazz, tap, breakdance, Balinese, West African, and many Latin styles. She has taught and performed throughout her native Spain, as well as Japan, Canada, and many European countries. Rosa Olympia Estrella teaches:

At the age of eight Rosa began her studies in flamenco with Enrique el Canastero and Mariquilla in the Albaycin district of Granada, Spain. She continued her education in Classical Spanish Dance and Flamenco at the Dance Conservatory, and then moved to Seville, Spain, where she studied under the direction of, among others, Milagros Menjibar and Javier Latorre. She has also studied at the Broadway Dance Center and Jose Limon Dance School in New York City. Rosa’s dance training includes jazz, tap and contemporary dance.
