20 anniversary of radical changes in Central Europe, become occasion for reflections about whole transforming process, witch leaded to that spectacular event of Berlin Wall collapse. Polish and German perspective in subject of causes and results of these events, based on other historical experiences, cultural depending and regards as well as totally subjective – people opinions, still interesting for politicians and historians, become extraordinary source, inspiration for Polish – German dialog, creators of “Alexanderplatz” play.
Lot of attention was paid to the events of 1989, both in official sphere – politician and diplomatic – and artistic sphere, however the fact that the “Alexanderplatz” is the only art peace that touch that subject from perspective of universal dance language, needs to be lighted up.
Since the premiere the performance has been shown in Germany.
