| DANCE THERAPY Dance therapy is part of art therapy. Rhythm and movement, the basic elements of dance, become the way to achieve the harmony of the body and the mind and to increase the awareness of self and others. Dance therapy is not dance in the ordinary meaning of the term and no technical rules, steps or sequences will be taught during the class. Rather, it will help the participants to discover their own rhythm and pace and set the body and mind free from everyday stress. The class is aimed at participants at all ages and dancing abilities.

We are going to search strength in our bodies, we are going to dance strength dances that help us maintain contact with the strong and brave part of our nature". Meditation in movement / Body spirituality - "Dance engages the body and emotions, the mind and the spirit. This experience enhances trust to one's body and body acceptance, dance helps you re-discover emotions and ways of thinking and find new sources of strength. We are going to study methods of dance and movement that can be used for indvidual meditation practices. We are going to draw inspiration from the following methods: Janet Adler's Authentic Movement, Gabrielle Roth's Five Rhythms, and Ruth St. Denis's spiritual approach to dance.
