Proprioreceptive training combines the modern dancer’s training with organic movement exercises comprising the elements of modern dance, contemporary dance, Pilates and yoga.
The classes are geared to professional dancers, beginners and amateurs.
Proprioceptive training prepares the body for extensive work through mobilising the deepest parts of the muscles and teaching how to use it in an organic and healthy way. It also helps protect the body from injury and restore proprioception after injury.
