It is traditional system of exercises embracing body and mind. Particular positions (assans) are a source of energy for body, strengthen and give elasticity for muscles and joints, through right blood supply they assist internal organs. Yoga is first of all harmony, awareness in work with a body and breath make calm brain, unblocks emotions, sensitises on intuitive signals, modifies disturbed relationships with a world and your own. Yoga does not require extraordinary physical competences. It does not also restrict the age of the participants, Belgium Queen Elisabeth has trained Yoga when she was 80 years old.
