| TAI CHI DANCE MOVE The idea of dance with the elements of tai-chi was conceived last year during the body conditioning classes that incorporated elements of tai-chi. The energy flowing through the body can be excited by exercise and meditation to strengthen the body and improve fighting skills, as is the case in the tai-chi martial art. However, it can also be used for peaceful purposes to stay healthy and find the joy of dance. It is not necessary to know the tai-chi technique to be able to dance, but it can be useful for finding a new way of dancing: tai-chi dance move. T-CHI-D-M is not a style though it may become one in the future. Rather, it is an idea of movement that, depending on the method of application, can be transformed into internal massage, butoh or even developed into a classical dance form.
