ANNA TILLAK (Poland) Dancer, instructor, choreographer of modern Irish dance style, which combines tradition with contemporary adaptations and influences of other dance forms. She studied among others under Mary McElroy ADCRG (Dublin) and Ann Marie Cunningam TCRG (Salzburg) and on many workshops in Poland and abroad. As a dancer works in Gdańsk with the Elphin Irish Dance Group, where she also choreographs and forms the style of the group. Performed with the Elphin group in Poland and abroad. Co-author of choreographies for dance and music shows: Dublin Dancers (2002), Heart of Ireland (2004/2005). Co-operates with the Irish and Scottish Dance School in Poland ISTA. In 2004 she passed the exam and was awarded a Conditional TCRG of An Coimisiun Le Rinci Gaelacha (Irish Dance Commission), the largest organization in the world for Irish Dance teachers. She is one of the two certificated teachers of Irish Dance in Poland. |
