Here you will the answers to the most frequently asked questions

The most frequently asked questions in the previous years

1. Can you give some advice about choosing a dance technique?
The choice of the dance technique depends entirely on your preference. If you are into dynamic and energetic dancing, choose afro dance, jazz or funk. Should you prefer relaxation techniques that let you control your emotions and learn the basic nature of your mind, choose dance therapy, Hindu dances, body therapy or contact improvisation. We also offer such techniques as body awareness or body conditioning which can help you become conscious of your body, improve your circulatory system and provide nutrient flow of oxygen to your brain. If you are interested in the philosophy of the East, choose techniques that combine dance and martial arts such as tai-chi, aikido, aiki taiso or tai jitsu.

2. Which advancement level should I choose?

The courses for beginners are aimed at people who have no movement experience or have had limited contact with dancing and the given technique. There are no age limits, we are all equipped with the internal pulse of dance and all you have to do is put your fingers on it.
Intermediate courses are for those who have already participated in our workshops or have been taught the chosen technique elsewhere and feel like improving their skills..
Advanced courses are for participants with broad dancing experience and excellent movement skills who are familiar with dance terminology.
