The registration for the VII-th International Biennale of Contemporary Dance is Internet-based – the participant enrols on-line and chooses his/her group, teacher and course schedule following the instruction available at the following web address: www.ptt-poznan.pl.
The participant should remember his/her user name and password to be able to access his/her registration card at any moment in order to make necessary amendments (A detailed instruction is to be found on the Biennale web page).
1. Entries for the courses will be accepted consecutively until the participant limit for each course group is reached.
2. Participants bear the full cost of the participation in the Biennale, inclusive of travel and hotel expenses.
3. Tuition fees shall be paid in two equal instalments: the payment receipt for the first instalment must be sent to the address of the Organising Office within 15 days from the registration; if the payment is not received by the Office the registration will be cancelled and removed from the list of participants. The second instalment must be paid before 10 August 2006 together with the hostel payment. The receipt confirming the second payment and the hostel payment must be submitted to the Organising Office on the day of arrival. Information for persons doing payments from abroad.

The organisers kindly request payment be made to the bank account of the Biennale shown below. Please note that money transfer orders may take up to 10 days.
4. The participant’s first name, surname and address must be legibly written on the money transfer receipts for both instalments.
5. Withdrawal from the Biennale after 15 July 2006 will result in the forfeiture of the advance payment.
6. The classes commence on 19 August 2006 at 9.00 a.m.and end on 27 August 2006 at 7.40 p.m.
7. Participants who fail to register with the Organising Office until 8pm on 19 August 2006 (and/or do not submit the payment receipt for the second instalment) will not be allowed to participate in the classes.
8. The Organising Office will provide participants with a detailed timetable, an ID badge, and a room assignment confirmation in a hall of residence (applies to those who have booked accommodation).
9. Taping, video recording and photographing of the classes are prohibited.
10. Only those who have paid the tuition fees and have received the Biennale ID badge are allowed to participate in the classes.
11. The Organisers do not accept any liability for lost, destroyed or stolen property.
12. It is recommendable that participants take out individual insurance.
13. The Organisers reserve the right to make amendments in the schedule.
14. Applying for the participation in the Biennale is tantamount to accepting the regulations.
15. Participants who, due to bad travelling connections, cannot register before midnight 18 August but still wish to have accommodation in a hall of residence the night of 18/19 August, are requested to contact the Organising Office prior to the arrival.
16. The Organisers pledge that the participants’ personal details will be used solely for the purpose of the Biennale.
17. Smoking, use of alcoholic beverages, use and possession of drugs are prohibited on all premises of the Biennale.
Persons resigning from attendance in Biennale are kindly requested to strike a name off the lists of participants.
