ROMAN KOMASSA

Graduate of Gdańsk Ballet School in 1979.
Performed professionally with the Baltic Opera, soloist with the “Wielki” Theatre in Łódź, soloist, choreographer and teacher in Staatstheater Kassel and Staatstheater Braunschweig in Germany. Has collaborated with the Polish Dance Theatre on many occasions.
Recipient of the Stanisław Wyspiański Prize for Young Artists, the Leon Wójcichowski Medal for the best young dancer and an honorable mention at the choreography competition in Hanover (Germany).
Currently works for the Baltic Opera and Ballet School in Gdańsk.
